without a ruler
blinds
a 1910 school desk
an unskeptical hand
lines
the galactic war
papered by a flood light
of a 14 year old
where lies
cannot be drawn
time equated by ‘do not enter’
he is lost, now,
and then to the cosmos
what he imagined to be
pictures behind doors,
where black cannot fade
lines left by the hand
of a 6 foot 3 inch boy
